WEST VIRGINIA HUFF CREEK BRIDGE INSTALLATION General Notice Hatfield McCoy Regional Recreation Authority (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Huff Creek Bridge Installation T30-11337 Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at The Thrasher Group Inc. office located at 600 White Oaks Blvd. Bridgeport WV 26330 in the Ground Fl. Conference Room until Thursday February 27 2025 at 11:00 am local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the following Work: Construction of concrete pile caps and concrete abutments. The placement of a purchased 80′ x 8′ truss pedestrian bridge fabrication and placement of a steel approach section and the concrete sleeper slab under the steel approach. The Work will be substantially completed within 45 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run and completed and ready for final payment within 60 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Liquidated damages shall be $500 per day.
