Petition to Update the MRBC Rates Currently in Effect REVISED NOTICE OF FILING AND HEARING NOTICE is hereby given that Appalachian Power Company and Wheeling Power Company (the Companies) public utilities have on March 15 2024 filed with the Public Service Commission of West Virginia a Petition to update the Modified Rate Base Cost (MRBC) surcharge revenues. The Public Service Commission’s June 30 2021 Order in Case No. 20-1012-E-P required the Companies to file an annual MRBC update in March of 2022 2023 and 2024.
