1891 Route 65 PO Box 730 Delbarton WV 25670 is seeking sealed bids from qualified companies for demolition services associated with the removal of dilapidated structures at 7 of the 10 locations identified within the town’s city limits. Said structures are being processed by the Town of Delbarton through the DEP Reclamation of Abandoned and Dilapidated Property Program funded by the Department of Environmental Protection. These services will include demolition of structures proper removal and disposal of debris and proper reclamation of land pursuant to established codes by the DEP and the Town of Delbarton. Bid packets containing addresses and pictures of the dilapidated properties are available upon request at City Hall 304-475-3359. Sealed Bids will be accepted by hand delivery to Delbarton City Hall 1891 Rt 65 Delbarton WV or by US mail: PO Box 730 Delbarton WV 25670. Bids will be accepted until 12:00 pm (EST) Monday August 26 2024. All bids must be sealed in an envelope and clearly marked Bidder Demolition Services.
