WEST VIRGINIA HUFF CREEK BRIDGE General Notice Hatfield McCoy Regional Recreation Authority (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Huff Creek Bridge T30-11337 Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Hatfield McCoy Main Office located at 180 Appalachian Outpost Trail Man WV 25635 until Thursday October 10 2024 at 2:00 pm local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the following Work: Construction of micropile foundations concrete pile caps and concrete abutments. The unloading and placement of a purchased 80′ x 8′ truss pedestrian bridge. fabrication and placement of steel approach sections on both ends of the bridge and the associated abutments for the approaches. The Work will be substantially completed within 120 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run and completed and ready for final payment within 150 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Liquidated damages shall be $500 per day.
