Sealed proposals will be received by the Purchasing Coordinator of the City of Fairmont, Marion County, West Virginia, at the City Manager’s Office, City Hall, until 11:00 a.m. local prevailing time, Wednesday, January 21, 2015. Bids will be opened and read publicly at that time.
