TO: WALTER ROBERTSON, THE PUTATIVE FATHER AND THE UNKNOWN/UNNAMED FATHER OF A FEMALE CHILD BORN UNTO DEBRA STUMP ON MAY 29, 2010 (JUVENILE CASE NO.: 17-JA-262-WS)
Pursuant to Chapter 49, Article 4, Section 601 of the Code of West Virginia, notice is hereby given to you that a petition has been filed in the Circuit Court of Mercer County, West Virginia, alleging that your child is a neglected and/or abused child, which proceedings can result in the permanent termination of parental rights.
This matter has been scheduled for a hearing on the 30th day of August, 2019 at 2:00 p.m., before the Honorable William J. Sadler, Judge of the Circuit Court, at the Mercer County Courthouse, Princeton, West Virginia.
