Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is 229 JEFFERSON STREET, FAIRMONT, West Virginia 26554, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition for allocation of custodial responsibility and to establish child support filed in this action on or before OCTOBER 7, 2018. If you fail to Answer the Petition for allocation of custodial responsibility and to establish child support, a judgment may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
