It appearing by Affidavit of Unknown Residency filed in this action, that the whereabouts of Respondents, TAMA TILLER and RANDALL BROWNING, is unknown, and it is hereby ordered that said Respondents, TAMA TILLER and RANDALL BROWNING, serve upon JULIE BALL, CIRCUIT CLERK, whose address is 1501 MAIN STREET, SUITE 111, PRINCETON, WEST VIRGINIA 24740, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition filed in this action on or before MARCH 15, 2019.
Take further Notice that a hearing on this Petition is scheduled for 11:30 a.m. on MARCH 26,2019 at Mercer County Courthouse Annex, 120 Scott Street, Princeton, West Virginia 24740 before Judge Mary Ellen Griffith, at which time and place may appear and make any objection known or to otherwise protect your interest.
If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
