And it appearing in this action that due diligence has been used to ascertain the address or whereabouts of EILEEN CHATTING, CHOLEEN CHATTING, NOEL CHATTING, CRYSTAL CHATTING HALE, EARL CHATTING, ALBERT CHATTING, MILDRED CHATTING, WELDON CHATTING, SHIRLEY CHATTING, AND HEIRS OF BOBBY CHATTING, and all efforts have been in vain. Therefore, it is hereby ordered that the above named Defendants, EILEEN CHATTING, CHOLEEN CHATTING, NOEL CHATTING, CRYSTAL CHATTING HALE, EARL CHATTING, ALBERT CHATTING, MILDRED CHATTING, WELDON CHATTING, SHIRLEY CHATTING, AND HEIRS OF BOBBY CHATTING, serve upon HAROLD WOLFE III, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 1300 SOUTH AVENUE, PRINCETON, WV 24740, an answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action on or before October 21, 2019 otherwise judgment by default will be taken against him at any time thereafter.
