It appearing by Affidavit of Unknown Residency filed in this action, that the whereabouts of Respondent, EDWARD JOHN MCCOY, is unknown, and it is hereby ordered that said Respondent, EDWARD JOHN MCCOY, serve upon JULIE BALL, CIRCUIT CLERK, whose address is 1501 MAIN STREET, SUITE 111, PRINCETON, WEST VIRGINIA 24740, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition filed in this action on or before JUNE 24, 2019.
Please take further Notice that a hearing on this Petition has been scheduled for 1:30 PM on June 25, 2019 before the Honorable Judge Mary Ellen Griffith at which time and place you may appear and make any objection known or to otherwise protect your interest.
If you fail to so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
