It appearing by Affidavit of Unknown Residency filed in this action, that the whereabouts of Respondent, ANGEL LADAWN RATLIFF, is unknown, and it is hereby ordered that said Respondent, ANGEL ALLEN RATLIFF, serve upon KYLE ALLEN SCITES, Petitioner, whose address is 8843 NEW HOPE ROAD, BLUEFIELD, WEST VIRGINIA 24701, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition filed in this action on or before MAY 20, 2019.
If you fail to do so, thereafter judgement, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relif demanded in the Petition.
