It appearing by Affidavit of Unknown Residency filed in this action, that the whereabouts of Jessica McCarthy, Kyle Dinger & Daniel Bailey, are unknown, and it is hereby ordered that said Respondents, Jessica McCarthy, Kyle Dinger & Daniel Bailey, serve upon JULIE BALL, CIRCUIT CLERK, whose address is 1501 MAIN STREET, SUITE 111, PRINCETON, WEST VIRGINIA 24740, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition filed in this action on or before August 30, 2019.
Please take further Notice that a hearing on this Petition is scheduled for 11:10 am on August 30, 2019 before the Honorable Anthony Bisaha, at which time and place you may appear and make any objection known or to otherwise protect your interest
If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
