The object of the above entitled action is A CIVIL SUMMONS: WRONGFUL OCCUPATION OF RESIDENTIAL RENTAL PROPERTY OR FACTORY-BUILT HOME SITE. THE TENATE BREACHED THE TERMS OF THE TENANCY AND THE RENT THEREFORE THE RESPONDENT OWES RENT IN ARREARS IN THE AMOUNT OF $230.00, PLUS LATE CHARGES, WATER AND SEWER FEES IN THE AMOUNT $822.63 AS OF JULY 1, 2019. THE RESPONDENT IS NOT OCCUPYING THE HOME AND HAS MOVED OUT OF STATE TO THE INFORMATION OF THE PETITIONER.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that EVEN AFTER USING DUE DILIGENCE, THE PLAINTIFF WAS UNABLE TO DISCOVER THE RESIDENCE OR WHEREABOUTS OF THE DEFENDANT.
it is ordered that KENDALL HARRIS do serve upon SANDRA DORSEY, magistrate, whose address is 120 SCOTT STREET, SUITE 103, PRINCETON, WV 24740, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before SEPTEMBER 11, 2019 AT 9:00 AM, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against KENDALL HARRIS at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
