It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Wade Ira Dove is a non‑resident of the State of West Virginia, it is hereby ordered that Wade Ira Dove serve upon Brandy Lynn Dove, Petitioner, whose address is 9 Moler Drive, Augusta, WV 26704, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the petition filed in this action on or before January 22, 2016. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgement, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
