You will take notice that OMLEY, TOM, the purchaser of the tax lien(s) on the following real estate, Certificate of Sale: 2018-S-00000015, SURF 5.30 AC 469/404 496/299, located in NEW HAVEN, which was returned delinquent in the name of CANADAY JEREMI & JODI, and for which the tax lien(s) thereon was sold by the sheriff of Fayette County at the sale for the delinquent taxes made on the 18th day of October, 2018, has requested that you be notified that a deed for such real estate will be made to him or her on or after April 1, 2020, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate.
