NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE’S SALE
OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT
2111 THIRD STREET,
RICHLANDS, VIRGINIA

In execution of a Deed Of Trust dated May 31, 2012 and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Tazewell County, Virginia in Deed Book 1114, at page 662, the undersigned Substitute Trustee with full authority and power to act will offer for sale at public auction the following real estate:
All those certain lots or parcels of real estate, with all improvements thereon and all appurtenances thereunto and easements benefiting the same, situate in Tazewell County, Virginia in the Town of Richlands and more particularly designated and described as follows, to-wit:
Lots 19 – 33, Lots 35 – 42, Lots 62 – 69, and Lots 89 – 93 as shown on that plat entitled “MAP OF SUBDIVISION “A” FLORENCE R. CRABTREE LANDS (PATTON J. BROWN EST.) RICHLANDS, VIRGINIA”, which plat with certificate is of record in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Tazewell County in Deed Book 175, at pages 418 and 419, reference to which is hereby made.
This is portion of the property conveyed unto Altizer Properties & Investments, LLC by Deed Of Gift dated February 17, 2102 which is of record in the aforesaid Clerk’s office in Deed Book 1108, at page 979.
This property is expressly subject to and beneficiary of any and all other reservations, restrictions, and easements of record in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office to the extent that the same may lawfully apply to the property hereby conveyed.

Date of Sale: August 22, 2019
Time of Sale: 8:30 a.m.
Place of Sale: In front of the Main Street Entrance to the Tazewell County Courthouse located on Main Street in the Town of Tazewell, Virginia.
Terms of Sale: Cash. A Ten Percent (10{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c}) Deposit is required from the Successful Bidder at the time of sale with the balance in full within Twenty-One (21) Days.

The foregoing property shall be sold AS IS, WHERE IS and any and all announcements made the day of sale shall take priority over published notices, including postponement of sale and/or withdrawal of the property from sale offer.
It is anticipated that one or more additional properties may be offered for sale on the same day and time and the Substitute Trustee reserves the right to sell all properties separately, as a group, or in combinations thereof in his sole discretion.
The Successful Bidder shall be required to sign a Memorandum Of Agreement at the time of sale which sets forth other terms of sale.
