Notice is hereby given that on the 12th day of April, 2023, at 1:15 o’clock p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Lelia Ann Hillberry will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Marion County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by the Court changing the Petitioner’s name from Lelia Ann Hillberry to Lelia Ann Kennedy, at which time and place any interested person may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
You are hereby notified that this matter may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
