It appears by affidavit filed in this action that the address or whereabouts of Respondent, Dustin J. Petersen, is unknown to the Petitioners. Therefore, the Petitioners, by and through their Counsel, Kirk H. Bottner, Esquire, hereby notifies the Respondent, Dustin J. Petersen, that the Petition for Appointment of Guardian shall come before the Circuit Court of Jefferson County, West Virginia, upon removal from the Family Court of Jefferson County, West Virginia, at the hearing scheduled in this matter on Monday, February 9, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. to be held at the Jefferson County Circuit Court, located at 100 East Washington Street, Charles Town, West Virginia, at which time and place you may appear and do what is necessary to defend and protect your interests.
