The City of Fairmont’s Planning Commission will hold a work session on March 18, 2015 at 6:00 pm with City Council and all interested parties to discuss amendments to the Planning & Zoning Code. The regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting will follow at 7:00 P.M. at the Public Safety Building, 500 Quincy Street, interested persons may appear and be heard.
1. The adoption of an ordinance providing for a comprehensive amendment and update to Chapter One, Zoning Administration, Chapter Three, District and Regulations, and Chapter Five, Subdivision Regulations of the Fairmont City Code and adoption of the new Clearzoning format.
