YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Petition for adoption of the above-identified child born to KATELYN MEREDITH HOFMANN, the childás mother, has been filed in the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia.

 

A hearing on the Petition will beheld on the 23rd day of April, 2019 at 1:30 p.m. before Judge Jason A. Wharton at the Wood County Judicial Building, #2 Government Square, Parkersburg, Room 221, West Virginia 26101, pursuant to Article 22 of Chapter 48 of the Code of West Virginia of 1931, as amended.

 

If you fail to appear at the hearing on the date and time specified, or if you fail to file a written response to the allegations contained in the Petition for Adoption, further action may be taken including the granting of the adoption without any further notice to you.
