The City of Vienna Streets Department is seeking sealed bids for ready mix concrete and flowable fill to be delivered to various City job sites for the 2020 calendar year

Bidding documents and specifications are available at the office of the Purchasing Agent, Vienna City Building, 609 29th Street, Vienna, WV 26105.

Sealed proposals will be received until 9:00 AM on Friday, January 31, 2020, at the above address, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. No bid may be withdrawn after that time for a period of ninety (90) days.

Proposals received after that time will not be accepted and will be return to the bidder unopened. Sealed proposals should be clearly marked ‘SEALED BID ST 20-04″.

Prospective bidders may contact Tommy Bunner at (304) 295-4543, between the hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, for additional information regarding the bid specifications. Vendors must be registered with the State of West Virginia. If applicable, a City business license must be obtained, and City Business and Occupation taxes paid before the final payment is rendered.
