The petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, is seeking permanent legal and physical custody of the said minor children. It is ORDERED that Robert Glenn Flowers, II, the biological father of the children, R.F., III; N.F.; A.F.; J.F.; and B.F.; Francis Marion Price Jr. aka Frank “Bub” Price, the biological father of the child, E.W., and the Unknown Fathers, the biological father(s) of the aforementioned children, B. F. and E.W., appear in the Harrison County Circuit Court, Division I, 4 th Floor, Harrison County Courthouse, Clarksburg, West Virginia, on the on the 30 th day of September, 2020 at 9:30 o’clock a.m., or as soon thereafter as it may be heard for the disposition of Robert Glenn Flowers, II; Francis Marion Price Jr. aka Frank “Bub” Price; and the Unknown Fathers. Said persons are instructed that they have thirty (30) days from this Notice to answer the Petition herein. Said persons are given notice that they must object, or, otherwise permanent legal and physical custody of the said minor children may be granted to the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources and parental rights may be permanently terminated.
