AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE Notice of Application Notice is given that US Methanol LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality (DAQ), for a Regulation 13 Permit Modification to R13-3351C in Kanawha County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 38.387661 and -81.781221. The applicant estimates the potential increase to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: PM of 0.68 tons per year (tpy), PM10 of 0.68 tpy, PM2.5 of 0.68 tpy, SO2 of 0.15 tpy, NOx of 5.16 tpy, CO of 22.38 tpy, VOC of 0.02, and Total HAPs of 0.0088 tpy. Startup of operation will be on or about the April 1, 2022.
