AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE NOTICE OF APPLICATION Notice is given that Ergon Terminaling, Inc.- Hugheston, has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for an air permit to operate a gasoline and diesel terminal located at 2076 Stephens Street, Hugheston, West Virginia (Kanawha County). The applicant estimates the potential to discharge for the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: Pollutant Emissions NOx Tons/Year 0.00 Pollutant Emissions VOC Tons/Year 7.57 Pollutant Emissions SO2 Tons/Year 0.00 Pollutant Emissions PM/PM10/PM2.5 Tons/Year 0.00 Pollutant Emissions Total HAP Tons/Year 1.26 Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the day of May 1, 2022.
