The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, has filed a Petition alleging abuse and neglect by XAVIER COYLE, biological father and occasional custodian of infant A. C., whose date of birth is May 31, 2018 and putative father of infant C.C., whose date of birth is September 27, 2021, and UNKNOWN FATHER of infant C.C., whose date of birth is September 27, 2021 alleging that XAVIER COYLE and the UNKNOWN FATHER have abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infants A.C., whose date of birth is May 31, 2018 and C.C., whose date of birth is September 27, 2021. It is ORDERED that XAVIER COYLE and anyone claiming to be the father of C.C., whose date of birth is September 27, 2021 shall appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 17th day of March, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. for an Adjudication Hearing if they so desire to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise XAVIER COYLE, biological father and occasional custodian of infant A. C., whose date of birth is May 31, 2018 and putative father of infant C.C., whose date of birth is September 27, 2021, and UNKNOWN FATHER of infant C.C., whose date of birth is September 2 7, 2021, may be adjudicated as abusive and neglectful parents.
