The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, has filed a Petition alleging abuse and neglect by JOSHUA MOORE, putative biological father of infant A.G.D., whose date of birth is December 24, 2021, and the UNKNOWN FATHER, of infant A.G.D., whose date of birth is December 24, 2021, alleging that JOSHUA MOORE and the UNKNOWN FATHER have abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant A.G.D., whose date of birth is December 24, 2021. It is ORDERED that JOSHUA MOORE and any claiming to be the father of infant A.G.D., whose date of birth is December 24, 2021 are ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Michael J. Olejasz, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 31st day of March, 2022 at 1:15 p.m. for an Adjudication Hearing if they do desire to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the JOSHUA MOORE, putative biological father of infant A.G.D., whose date of birth is December 24, 2021, and the UNKNOWN FATHER, of infant A.G.D., whose date of birth is December 24, 2021, may be adjudicated as abusive and neglectful parents.
