NOTICE
Summers County Solid Waste Authority will hold a public hearing concerning the five-year updates of the Summers County’s Comprehensive Litter and Solid Waste Control Plan and the Commercial Solid Waste Facility Siting Plan. The hearing will take place at the Auditorium at 451 1st Ave., Hinton, WV on Tuesday, May 10th 2022 at NOON, during which time public comments will be heard. The plans can be reviewed at the Summers County Clerk’s Office, the Summers County Public Library, 201 Temple St., Hinton, and the Region 1 Regional Planning and Development Office, 1439 East Main Street, Suite #5, Princeton, WV. Written comments will be accepted until April 29, 2022 and may be sent to the Summers County Solid Waste Authority, PO Box 97, Hinton, WV 25951.
