Separate sealed bids for construction of Town of Triadelphia Town Hall Storm Sewer Separation will be received by the Town of Triadelphia at its Town Hall located at 4453 National Road, PO Box 177, Triadelphia, WV 26059 until April 6, 2022 at 4:30 pm, local time. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 7:30 pm during regular council meeting.

Method of Bidding will be as follows:
CONTRACT #1 – Town Hall Storm Sewer Separation
Locating and tying in 3 catch basins to new gravity storm line, providing approximately 300 LF of 8 inch and 6 inch gravity storm lines, tying into existing external building downspouts and providing new downspouts, and all necessary accoutrements and surface restoration associated with this work.
Digital copies of the Contract Documents on compact disc may be obtained from the office of Cerrone Associates, Inc. located at 97 – 14th Street, Wheeling, WV 26003, upon payment of the following deposit:

Printed copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained from the office of Cerrone Associates, Inc. located at 97 – 14th Street, Wheeling, WV 26003, upon payment of the following deposit:

If documents are mailed, a non-refundable $20.00 postage and handling charge will be added.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
Each Bidder must submit with his bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided for in the Information for Bidders.
No Bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
Any Contractor submitting a Bid on this project hereby certifies, indicates, and acknowledges that he/she has a license and meets all the qualifications required by the statutes of the state and subdivision in which the work is to be performed. Bidders must comply with Article 21-11-11 of the West Virginia Code by including their contractor’s license number on any bid submission.
