NOTICE
The City of New Cumberland will be accepting sealed bids on the following:
Garage structure at the Old City Building located at Jefferson St. and River Ave.
1. 12×40 steel structure
2. Concrete flooring
3. One-man door
4. Two 9×7 bay doors
Bids will be received from March 17, 2022 through March 31, 2022 until 4:00 p.m. The envelopes shall be addressed to the
City of New Cumberland,
104 N. Court Street,
P.O. Box 505,
New Cumberland, WV 26047
and shall be identified with “Steel Structure Project 2022”, the Bidder’s Name and Address of the Bid is sent by, the sealed envelope shall be enclosed in a sperate mailing envelope with notation “SEALED BID ENCLOSED” on the face thereof. If the bid documents are in order the Form of Proposal will be publicly read aloud at 4:00p.m. on April 4, 2022 at the New Cumberland Municipal Building, 104 N. Court Street, New Cumberland, WV 26047. If any bid documents are missing the bid will be considered non-responsive and will be returned to the Bidder. Any Contractor submitting a bid on this project hereby certifies, indicates, and acknowledges that he/she holds a current West Virginia Contractors License on the date of Bid Opening and meets all the qualifications required by statues of the state and subdivision in which the work is to be performed. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received, and to accept any proposal which it deems most favorable.
