211 Stealey Street,
Middlebourne, WV 26149,
at the above address until:
1:00 pm, Local Time
Monday, April 18, 2022
And at that time and place
will be publicly opened
and read aloud.The Work
includes: Installing a new
packaged sewage lift
station, extending the
existing gravity sewer,
connecting the lift station
discharge to an existing
sewer force main, and
installing a new electrical
service.

Each Bid must be
accompanied by either a
bid bond in an amount
of 5% of the Bid amount
or by certified check or
cashier’s check in the
amount of not less than
5% of the Bid amount.
The successful bidder will
be required to provide a
performance and payment
bond for 100% of the
contract price.
The Owner reserves the
right to waive irregularities
and to reject any and all
bids.
A Pre-Bid Meeting will be
held at the Middlebourne
Municipal Office, 211
Stealey Street, on Friday,
April 8, 2022 at 10:00 am.
