IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF KANAWHA COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA KANAWHA PUBLIC SERVICE DISTRICT, a public utility, Petitioner, vs. Charles Addison Respondents CIVIL ACTION 21-P-448 The Honorable Joanna Tabit Circuit Judge ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of the above-entitled action is a condemnation proceeding involving certain real property formerly owned by Charles Addison, and the acquisition of a right of way and casement across a portion of that certain real property of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Kanawha County, West Virginia in deed book 2820 at page 913, tax map 26 parcel 44. And it appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the said Charles Addison’s whereabouts are unknown and that service of process has been unsuccessful. It is hereby ORDERED that Charles Addison do appear and serve upon H. Wyatt Hanna, III, Petitioner’s attorney whose address is Post Office Box 8070, South Charleston, West Virginia 25303, an answer or other defense to the Condemnation Petition filed in this action on or before 30 days, otherwise judgement by default will be taken against them at any thereafter. A hearing for the purpose of appointing Condemnation Commissioners will be held before the Honorable Joanna Tabit, Circuit Judge on April 19, 2022 at 2:30 pm.
