Carrico, Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is 105 Capitol Street, Suite 300, Charleston, West Virginia 25301, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense he may have to the “Petition Seeking to Establish Allocation of Custodial Responsibility” filed in this action on or before April 21, 2022. If Timothy Mark Carl Joseph fails to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against him for the relief demanded in the Petition to Establish Allocation of Custodial Responsibility. Elizabeth Dawn Allie Booth may be awarded the allocation of custodial responsibility regarding the minor child M. I.
