TO: TIMOTHY MARK CARL JOSEPH ADDRESS UNKNOWN You are hereby notified that on the 21st day April 2022, at 2:30 o’clock p.m. a final hearing regarding the petition seeking to establish the allocation of custodial responsibility regarding the minor child M. I. J. will be held before the Honorable James W. Douglas at the Family Court of Kanawha County, West Virginia, located at the 1st Floor of the Judicial Annex, Suite 5 111 Court Street, Charleston, West Virginia, for consideration of the Petition for Allocation of Custodial Responsibility. Timothy Mark Carl Joseph shall serve upon Tim C. Carrico, Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is 105 Capitol Street, Suite 300, Charleston, West Virginia 25301, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense he may have to the “Petition Seeking to Establish Allocation of Custodial Responsibility” filed in this action on or before April 21, 2022. If Timothy Mark Carl Joseph fails to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against him for the relief demanded in the Petition to Establish Allocation of Custodial Responsibility. A copy of the Petition may be obtained from the Clerk on the second floor of Judicial Annex, 111 Court Street, Charleston, WV 25301. Elizabeth Dawn Allie Booth may be awarded the allocation of custodial responsibility regarding the minor child M. I. J. in this proceeding as well as any other relief provided for under Chapter 48 of the West Virginia Code including but not limited to relief relating to custody and child support and that he may appear and defend any such rights within the required time for filing his Answer directed herein above.
