Box 457, 370 Packsville/Marfork Road, Whitesville, WV 25209 has submitted an application to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) 1159 Nick Rahall Greenway, Fayetteville, WV 25840 for a significant permit revision to Article 3 permit number U300398 in order to add approximately 1825 acres of mineral reserve. The revised permit will discharge into Low Gap Branch of/and Little Marsh Fork; Panther Branch of/and Clear Fork of Marsh Fork of Big Coal River of Coal River of Kanawha River and is located 2.0 miles southwest of Dorothy in the Clear Fork and Marsh Fork Districts of Raleigh County, Longitude 81deg.30’15” and Latitude 37deg.56’33” (coordinates from USGS Topographic Map).
