LEGAL NOTICE REQUEST FOR BIDS (RFB) 22228 CLASSROOMS & HVAC LABORATORY Community and Technical College System of WV invites proposals to provide all Work including, but not limited to, labor, material, equipment supplies and transportation for: RFB 22228 CLASSROOMS & HVAC LABORATORY ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY CENTER NEW RIVER COMMUNITY AND TECHNICAL COLLEGE GHENT, WV Technical questions concerning the bidding documents shall be directed to Bastian & Harris, Architects, 405 Rockholly Road, Charleston, WV 25314 (304-610-7853). All Bids must be submitted in accordance with Bidding Documents issued by the Architect and the Form of Proposal. Bidding Documents will be provided (emailed) to Bidders in PDF format at no charge. Bidders, subcontractors, dealers, material, and equipment suppliers may obtain paper copies from Charleston Blueprint (304-343-1063) by paying actual cost of printing, handling and shipping; however, such costs are not refundable. Only complete sets will be issued. A Mandatory Prebid meeting is scheduled for: Time: 10:00 am Date: 12 April 2022 Place: New River Community and Technical College Advanced Technology Center 527 Odd Road Ghent, WV 25843 ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY. All Bidders (Prime Contractors) bidding the project must attend the Prebid meeting to familiarize themselves with the Project location, site conditions, and other relevant information. Subcontractors and material and equipment suppliers are encouraged to attend. Should any Bidder fail to attend, their Bid will be disqualified.
