The object of the above entitled action is for Clark Matias Stone Huayta to legally change his/her name to Clark Matias Stone. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Clatrk Matias Stone Huayta to Clark Matias Stone.
A hearing shall be on the 21 day of April, 2022 at 10:30AM o’clock before the Honorable Judge Olejasz at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
