Notice of Bid
The Raleigh County Commission on Aging, Inc. is accepting bids for construction of a chain link fence on property at the corner of S. Curtis Street and H Street (1614 South Kanawha Street), in Beckley, WV, known as The Raleigh County Commission on Aging, Inc. The project includes furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary for the complete construction of the fence as well as obtaining all required permitting and as specified in the pre-bid instructions. The fencing will be approximately four hundred and twenty (420) feet long by eight (8) feet in height with barbed wire at the top. Two sliding gates at least fourteen (14) feet long are required. Quality of materials and methods of installation must be described. Pre-bid instructions are mandatory and must be obtained by contacting Jack Tanner, Executive Director, or Tammy Trent, Assistant Executive Director, RCCOA, 1614 S. Sealed bids will be received by the Raleigh County Commission on Aging, Inc. until 4:30 pm, Monday, April 18, 2022, at which time they will be opened and read into the record. The Raleigh County Commission on Aging, Inc. reserves the right to accept or reject all bids.
