Notice is hereby given that Kepler Processing Company, LLC, PO Box 1530, Pineville, WV 24874, has a permit on file with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) for the surface mining of approximately 214.17 acres and has submitted an application to the DEP, 1159 Nick Rahall Greenway, Fayetteville, WV, 25840, for the renewal of Article 3 Permit Number E004500 to operate and maintain a coal preparation facility and impoundment in the N/A seam of coal. This operation is discharging into Guyandotte River of Ohio River and is located 1.18 miles Southwest of Pineville in Center District of Wyoming County, Longitude 81deg.34’15’ and Latitude 37deg.34’34” (Coordinates from USGS Topographic Map).
