INVITATION TO BID HOUSING AUTHORITY OF LOGAN COUNTY LOGAN, WEST VIRGINIA Sealed QUALIFICATIONS AND COST PROPOSALS for the proposed Demolition package will be received by Housing Authority of Logan County (hereafter known as the Owner), attention Roger Ramey, 325 Stratton Street, Logan, West Virginia, 25601 until 3:00 pm L.P.T., on April 29, 2022, for furnishing labor and materials and performing all Work set forth in the Contract Documents prepared by Omni Associates – Architects which will be available as of April 8, 2022. Bids must be physically delivered to the Housing Authority of Logan County at the address listed above in hard copy format completely filled out and signed in ink. Multiple bids by the same contractor must be sealed in separate envelopes. The project consists of a demolition package for the complete removal of existing residential structures as well as some commercial structures. Any hazardous material removal is included in this scope of work to include all inspections. The owner estimates they have approximately 100 structures to be demolished. Total amount is based solely on budget available. All project sites will be located in Logan County. Contract time period will be two (2) years from notice to proceed and will be renewed annually.
