IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 22-CJA-38/39 EMMA STANLEY, biological mother of T.W., whose date of birth is July 30, 2021 and T.S., whose date of birth is March 5, 2020 and DALTON WATSON, biological father of T.W., whose date of birth is July 30, 2021, and custodian of infant T.S., whose date of birth is March 5, 2020, natural children of Emma Stanley.
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, has filed a Petition alleging abuse and neglect by DALTON WATSON, biological father of infant of T.W., whose date of birth is July 30, 2021 and custodian of infant T.S. whose date of birth is March 5, 2020.
The Petitioner has filed a Petition alleging that DALTON WATSON has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infants T.W., whose date of birth is July 30, 2021 and T.S., whose date of birth is March 5, 2020. It is ORDERED that DALTON WATSON, is notified that he may obtain a copy of the Petition from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, and he is further ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 25th day of April, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. for an Adjudication Hearing if he so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the DALTON WATSON, biological father of infant of T.W., whose date of birth is July 30, 2021 and custodian of infant T.S. whose date of birth is March 5, 2020, may be adjudicated an abusive and neglectful parent and/or custodian.
