SEALED BIDS for:
Monroe County Board
of D.D.
will be received by Monroe County Board of D.D., 47011 State Route 26, Woodsfield, Ohio 43793 at
the above address until:
12:00 P.M., Local Time
Thursday, May 5th 2022
And at that time and place will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The Work includes replacing the plumbing and fixtures, demolition & construction of new block walls and installation of new flooring, new restroom partitions, new lighting & new exhaust fans in the Monroe County Achievement Center.
The BID DOCUMENTS are on file at Monroe County Board of D.D. office.
Bid Documents may be obtained for a cost of $50 from Swiss Valley Associates, Inc, 42631 State Route 7, P.O. Box 39; Hannibal, OH 43931, (740) 483-2351.
Each Bid must be accompanied by either a bid bond in an amount of 100% of the Bid amount or by certified check or cashier’s check in the amount of not less than 10% of the Bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance and payment bond for 100% of the contract price.
Bidders must comply with the State prevailing wage rates.
The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and all bids. If bids are 10% over the estimated project cost, the Owner will have the option to be rebid the project.
A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at the Monroe County Achievement Center on Tuesday, April 19, 2022 at 1:00 PM.
