The object of the above entitled action is for Melissa Courtney Faraschuk to legally change his/her name to Melissa Courtney Kearns. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Melissa Courtney Faraschuk to melissa Courtney Kearns.
A hearing shall be on the 29 day of April, 2022 at 10:30AM o’clock before the Honorable Judge Cuomo at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
