The object of the above-entitled civil action is to obtain possession of a 2019 Mobile Home located at 180 Riley Loop, Glen White, West Virginia.
It appearing by Affidavit filed in this civil action that there are or may be persons, other than those named in the Amended Complaint as Plaintiff and Defendants, interested in the subject matter of this action, whose names are unknown to Plaintiff, and who are made Defendants by the general description of Unknown Defendants, it is hereby ordered that any Unknown Defendants interested in the subject matter of this action serve upon Marc B. Lazenby, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is Lazenby Law Office, P.O. Box 4968, Princeton, West Virginia 24740, an Answer, including any related Counterclaim or defense which said Unknown Defendants may have to the Amended Complaint filed in this civil action, on or before thirty (30) days after the date of the first publication of this Order of Publication in a newspaper of general circulation in Raleigh County, West Virginia. If said Unknown Defendants fail to do so, judgment may be taken against them for the relief demanded in the Amended Complaint.
A copy of the Amended Complaint may be obtained from the office of the Raleigh County, West Virginia Circuit Court Clerk.
