NOTICE The Chemours Belle Plant is modifying our RCRA permit #WVD005012851 in order to add insulation to the outside of our permitted RCRA Tank. At the publication of this announcement, the 60-day comment period on the modification begins. Comments should be mailed to Michael Hofe, WV DEP DWWM, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304. Additionally, a public hearing will be held at Belle Town Hall on June 16th at 5pm.
