REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL BUSINESS SERVICES Region III Workforce Development Board of Kanawha County The Region III Workforce Development Board of Kanawha County (WDB-KC) is soliciting proposals to administer the Business Services in Kanawha County. The base contract year is Program year 2022 (July 1, 2022 – June 30, 2023) with two subsequent option years.
