THIS PUBLICATION NOTICE IS ADDRESSED TO ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS OF ROBERT A. HEYL, deceased.
The object of this Civil Action is to cure a defect in the title to real estate owned by the Plaintiff. Robert A. Heyl, deceased, was a predecessor in title to plaintiff’s real estate and failed to properly sign and execute a deed to convey title to the subsequent owner thereof.
Plaintiff’s attorney in this case is Paul C. Camilletti, 30 Twelfth Street, Wheeling, West Virginia 26003. A copy of the Complaint filed in this case may be obtained from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, 1500 Chapline Street, Wheeling, West Virginia.
ORDERED that any heir of Robert A. Heyl, deceased serve upon Paul C. Camilletti, Plaintiff’s attorney, an Answer or any related pleading or defense he or she may have to the allegations and demand for judgement of the Complaint, on or before June 24, 2015. Failure to do so may result in judgment by the Court granting the relief asked for in the Complaint.
