AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE

Notice is given that SWN Production Company, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a G70-D General Permit Modification for a natural gas production facility (Brian Dytko Pad) located in Ohio County, West Virginia.
Take exit 5 from Interstate 70 in Wheeling, WV, and turn left (west) on US 40 (National Road). Travel approximately 0.20 miles and turn left at the first light, Kruger Road. Travel approximately 0.10 miles and turn left on CR 23 (Stone Church Road). Go straight at the 4 way stop and bear right at the first stop sign to stay on CR 23. Well pad access road will be 3.19 miles on the left.

Operations is planned to begin on or about August 12, 2022. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
