The object of the above entitled action is for Kacey Klein to legally change his/her name to Kacey Kovach. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Kacey Klein. to Kacey Kovach.
A hearing shall be on the 6th day of June, 2022 at 1:00 o’clock before the Honorable Judge Wilson at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
