Notice of request for expression of interest For Consulting Engineering Services For City of Madison Rucker Street culvert replacement The City of Madison, Boone County, West Virginia, is seeking the Expression of Interest from qualified engineering firms to provide, design, construction plan and specifications development, bid documents preparation, bidding assistance, and construction administration for the pre-flood condition on replacement of a culvert in the area of 311 Rucker Street approximately 5 miles from Route 85. Firms interested in being considered for this project. Procurement of services will be in accordance with West Virginia State Code 5G-1 et. seq. All interested firms must submit one bound copy of the following. 1. Letter of Interest 2. Statement of Qualifications showing the experience of individuals and their proposed role. 3. Relevant Project Description 4. Current and projected workload 5. Evidence of applicable Professional Registration and Professional Liability Insurance. 6. The geographical location of the office from which this contract will be served. The deadline for submissions is June 10, 2022, at 4 p.m. est. Submittals received after that time will be rejected. The City reserves the right to refuse any or all bids. After a review of the submittals, the City will rank the firms. Interview presentations may be conducted after the ranking process.
