TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
The purpose of this action is to partition real property situate in Trap Hill District consisting of 0.69 acres, more or less located in Eccles, Raleigh County, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County in Deed Book 619, at page 418 in which Diana Farley died owning a 1/3rd undivided interest. Diana Farley died on April 19, 2022. Upon information and belief, Delisa Patton is the sole heir of Diana Farley and the location of her residence is unknown to the Plaintiffs. Plaintiffs are seeking to partition the real property in which Diana Farley owned a 1/3rd undivided interest at the time of her death.
It appearing that the whereabouts of Delisa Patton or any known or unknown heirs of Diana Farley is presently unknown at this time, it is ORDERED that Delisa Farley or any known or unknown heirs of Diana Farley or anyone claiming interest in the estate of Diana Farley and/or the interest in the real property located in Eccles, Raleigh County consisting of 0/69 acres of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County in Deed Book 619, at page 418 do appear and serve upon Robert P. Dunlap, II, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 208 Main Street, Beckley, West Virginia, 25801 an answer or other defense to the civil complaint filed in this action before June 20, 2022. Otherwise, judgment by default will be taken against him/her at any time thereafter.
A copy of said petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office located at 222 Main Street, Beckley, WV 25801.
