NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE Pursuant to the authority vested in the undersigned CW Trustee Services, Substitute Trustee by Notice of Substitution of Trustee which notice is of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Commission of Wayne West Virginia, and by Deed of Trust dated November 18, 2011, executed by Peggy Sue Holland to Robert Levy and Randall Trautwein, Trustees, which deed of trust is of record in said Clerk’s Office, in Trust Deed Book 719 at Page 472, the undersigned Substitute Trustee has been requested, in writing, by the beneficiary of said deed of trust to sell the real estate described below, as there has been a default under the terms and conditions of said deed of trust. TERMS OF SALE 1. The successful bidder (“Purchaser”) shall pay a Ten Percent (10%) nonrefundable down payment payable to the Trustee at the conclusion of the auction with balance due at closing by certified or cashier’s check. No financing or other contingencies are permitted. Purchaser shall have forty-five (45) days to pay the remaining purchase price by certified check, cashier’s check or wired funds. In addition to the sales price, the Purchaser will be responsible for a ten percent (10%) “Buyer’s Premium” which will be added to the final bid amount and due at time of sale payable to Joe R.
